Fighting the good fight

And so in a week of struggle, I’m reminded of the importance of not keeping things in. On reaching out to loved ones, friends, and family in times of hardship. Bc we were never meant to fight our battles alone.

And if you have people in your life who you feel you can’t open up to or go to for support then they probably shouldn’t be in your life. You want to surround yourself by true/real people who are there when the going gets tough, who won’t judge, who will listen, and support you in many ways.

“Friends don’t let friends go into battle alone ”

Fight the good fight but don’t fight it alone
